Membership Manager

Joined the business in 2002 after having a career in retail. Kate is responsible for managing the team that processes all the membership for all our 30 clubs.

“It’s my job to ensure the Club Managers have all the management information they need to drive their businesses. I’m talking to them every day. We have to make sure we process the memberships quickly and accurately and we get to speak to member too occasionally which is all part of the service we provide.”

Joined in 2003 after being in Hotel Management for numerous years and operating a large city centre hotel for Whitbread under the Marriott brand. Kim now co-ordinates all the various services provided by the head office.

“I’ve been in the unique position of being a client of the business! Fitness Express, Imagine’s parent company, operated the health club in the hotel I managed for Whitbread. It means I absolutely understand the needs of our clients and can ensure we deliver everything they need to make their clubs work”

Finance Manager

Joined in 2009 after a career in various management accounting roles. Bev’s team provide a full accounts service for some clients and are responsible for payroll and accounts management including the analysis of financial performance and kpi’s.

“It’s been great joining the Imagine team – I love the challenge of deadlines and the responsibility of producing accurate information in a timely fashion. I’m still learning the spa business but already realise this is a great sector to be in right now.”
